REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final – NO refunds. However, you may add Purchase Protection at checkout, which allows you to receive a full refund if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your event. Each admission comes with a FREE season pass that is good for the whole 2026 fall season (Aug 15- Nov 1).

COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By signing and completing my purchase, I allow Ferguson's Orchards to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out of this at any time.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
I understand that during my visit to Ferguson's Orchards, I may be photographed or recorded on video. I acknowledge that these images or videos may be used by Ferguson's Orchards for social media, advertising, promotional materials, or other marketing purposes without compensation or credit.

WISCONSIN AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT WARNING:
A person who observes or participates in an agricultural tourism activity on this property assumes the risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity. Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the agricultural tourism activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. The agricultural tourism provider is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an agricultural tourism activity resulting from those inherent risks. By visiting Ferguson's Orchards, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, along with other common communicable and zoonotic diseases. Further, you fully accept such risk and agree to hold harmless Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC (aka Ferguson's Orchards), along with its owners, staff, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any member in attendance with you.

By signing below, I agree for all of those in my party and agree to hold harmless and do forever release Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC or Ferguson's Minnesota Harvest, LLC (aka Ferguson's Orchards) for all current and future liability related to this visit.
